League of Villains VS Claw – DEATH BATTLE! (Parts 1-3)

Nocturn: “Okay, Season Finale time. Let’s make this one to remember!”

Kirsche: “The evil armies are prepared, and the bosses are on the edge of their seats!”

Nocturn: “Yeah, the bets have been placed, and the combatants are set. It’s time for a DEATH BAAAAAAATTLEEEEEEE!”

A World For One – PRELUDE

Nocturn: “Welcome to our humble arena! The only one in the whole cosmos where you can get to see people from different realities beating each other to death!”

Kirsche: “We are Kirsche and Nocturn, your dearly beloved hosts from questionable backgrounds, and today, we have brought a brand new battle for all you wonderful people to enjoy!”

Nocturn: “One of the most common tropes in comic book universes is the Superhero Team-up. The X-Men, the Justice League, the Avengers, the International Justice League of Super Acquaintances, you name it. Good guys joining forces to defeat a common threat. It is hype.”

Kirsche: “I don’t know about that. I think it’d be much cooler to see villains teaming up to kick some hero butt. Seeing the good guys win all the time is boring.”

Nocturn: “Well, you’re in luck, because today’s combatants are the biggest coalitions of evildoers around, and both of them try to use their unique powers to take over the world!”

Kirsche: “Of course!”

Nocturn: “From My Hero Academia, the League of Villains, led by All For One.”

Kirsche: “And from Mob Psycho 100, the esper organization Claw, led by Toichiro Suzuki.”

Nocturn: “Before we get into the rundown, it’s important to establish which members of each group will be considered.”

WARNING! MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE MHA MANGA. ANIME-ONLY WATCHERS BEWARE.

For the League of Villains, we are including all of the basic members (Shigaraki, Dabi, etc.) + Paranormal Liberation Front members who are currently part of the team + members who were arrested (Moonfish, Muscular, AFO, etc.), but NOT members that are either spies (Hawks) or just vaguely associated with the group (Wolfram, Stain, etc.).

On Claw’s side, the main forces seen during the World Domination Arc (Toichiro’s Super 5 and the other artificial espers) and the 7th Branch members who ended up betraying Toichiro will be included, but not people who only pretended to be part of Claw, such as Sho Suzuki or Joseph.

It should also be kept in mind that not all the characters who are in this prelude may appear in the battle itself, but they’ll all be considered for the analysis.

Kirsche: “With that being said, it’s about time we show you their members’ powers, equipment, and feats in order to find out who would win a Death Battle!”

Teruki Hanazawa VS Katsuki Bakugo – DBX!

(Note: This fight was originally written and published on my DeviantArt page on July 15th of 2017. I have tweaked it slightly, but the contents remain mostly the same.)

Brain: “Hello there, general audiences! Welcome back to my personal arena, where research is nonexistent, and the results of the fight are the whims of fate!

Today, our two combatants are a pair of smug blonde teenagers who are rivals to modest boys with outstanding power! It’s hard to be the second banana, but these guys make sure to shine brightly for the spotlight when it’s there!

On the left corner, we’ve got the esper ochimusha with the necktie skills, Teruki Hanazawa, from Mob Psycho 100!

Aaaaand on the right corner, we’ve got the one and only King of Explodo-kills, Katsuki Bakugo, from My Hero Academia!

Before giving you SICK FUCKS the pleasure of seeing a pair of kids beating the shit out of each other, let me give you a brief rundown of their backgrounds and powers!

Teruki Hanazawa used to be a spoiled asshat who used his psychic powers to gain popularity and become the best at everything, but his life changed when he got served a slice of humble pie from the local average Joe-psychic, Shigeo Kageyama.

After realizing that abusing one’s power is utterly wack, Teruki decided to work together with Mob to dismantle an evil organization called Claw. In order to do that, Teruki used all kinds of psychic powers, like telekinesis, barrier generation, and ability copying. He’s gained a bunch of new powers by stealing from his foes, like shooting blasts of ki, pyrokinesis, energy whips, or even duplication. He can also use his necktie as a weapon!

On the other hand, Katsuki Bakugo spent most of his life being a bully who’s full of himself for having a powerful Quirk. Despite having a rotten personality, he still managed to get into a prestigious superhero school, where he had to coexist with his childhood “friend”, Izuku Midoriya. He was still a major POS to Izuku, but he’s trying to get better, trust me.

Bakugo’s Quirk is called Explosion. It basically consists of having explosive sweat made of nitroglycerin. Must make it very difficult to jack off. With his booming fluids, he can shoot explosions out of his hands, which he can use to propel himself or blast away foes. He also aids himself with various super moves and support items, like the flaming Howitzer Impact, or his grenade gauntlets, which stockpile his sweat to release amazing explosions later!

But enough with the introductions, it’s time for the exhibition!”

Izuku Midoriya SMASHES into DEATH BATTLE!

This bio was originally published on DeviantArt on April 2nd, 2017. If you want to use this bio, please ask for permission first and let me know when and where you will use it. Keep in mind that My Hero Academia is still ongoing, so this bio is going to be updated every time something major happens in the series.

Background

Izuku Midoriya
Aliases: Deku
First Appearance: My Hero Academia, Chapter 1 (2014)
Age: 16 (Currently)
Birthdate: July 15
Birthplace: Japan
Species: Human
Height: 1.66 m (5’5¼”)
Occupation: Hero Student
Backstory: In a world where most humans on the planet develop superpowers soon after they’re born, a boy named Izuku Midoriya was one of the few who never developed any powers. As a child, Izuku wished to become a superhero like his idol, All Might, once he developed his power, or “Quirk”. As such, he was devastated once he learned that he’d never get any powers. His lack of a Quirk made him a prime target for bullying, but Izuku decided he still wanted to be a hero, and wished to go to the prestigious U.A. hero academy. Ten months before the entrance exams for U.A. started, and Izuku came face to face with All Might after being saved from a villain by him. Izuku asked All Might if it was possible for someone without powers to be a hero. However, the same villain from before ended up breaking free and attacking one of Izuku’s classmates. Despite not having powers, Izuku still tried to attack the villain. While he didn’t stop the villain, he did give All Might enough time to defeat them himself. After this, All Might decided that Izuku could become a hero, with his help. He decided that he would grant Izuku his own Quirk to help him achieve his dreams. After ten months of training, All Might passed his Quirk, One For All, down to Izuku. Izuku then managed to pass the entrance exam, and officially enrolled in U.A, taking on the Hero name “Deku”.

If Everyone isn’t Special… – PRELUDE

DISCLAIMER: This is an old fight that was written several years ago, so things might be a little outdated.

Nocturn: “Power is something that many people crave. But what would happen if a completely normal teenager had the power to face humanity’s biggest threats?”

Brain: “Absolute chaos, most likely. But we’re not here to talk about that. Today, two deadly teenagers will show what they’re made of in an all-out battle to the death!”

Nocturn: “Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, the Quirkless successor to All Might!”

Brain: “And Shigeo Kageyama, also known as Mob, the psychic apprentice of Reigen Arataka.”

Nocturn: We’re Nocturn and Brain, and it’s our job to analyze and compare these two combatants’ feats, powers and arsenals, in order to determine who would win a DEATH BATTLE!
